Oh dear, here we go! Was wondering when this would pop up, for which I totally understand your concern.
The majority of the Sips & Sjin artwork on their videos are paid commissions. I never ask, in the entire span of my freelance career, for credit on paid work.
Any ‘free’ work that I have given permission for them to use have been very kindly credited.
As for recruiting? Please. I am trying to make people aware that this BS is happening. Should we let this kind of thing continue to happen? Do these artists who have poured hours of work into their pieces for some noodle to take it without permission deserve all this? I think it’s not fair, that is all.
My only goal was only ever to make people aware, if they want to report their work, it’s their choice! I have never forced anyone.
I am not sure why you feel offended by this. I have only ever posted about art theft 3 times on my Tumblr, that’s not even a lot?
I hope it has cleared up any confusion for you and anyone else out there.

1) I would love to make it a regular thing! The last stream was so much fun, you guys and your comments were hilarious. For reals! I normally have Sunday’s off work so I might do the stream biweekly. I don’t think I could commit myself to a stream every week in case of work/visiting ect. When I do decide to do another stream I’ll be sure to post it on my Tumblr, Twitter & deviantART.
2) Which art do you mean? The milestone wallpapers? ‘cause I made them for you guys! Use them away! Haha~ If you mean you want to take some other art and make it into a wallpaper then that’s totally fine as long as it’s for your personal use and you don’t post that wallpaper anywhere online. : )
3) You most certainly can! Only thing I ask is that you don’t distribute it anywhere in public & online. For personal use that’s a’okay!
4) Lol, yeah because I keep getting heaps of requests to draw other Yogscast members I might just start doing a simple portrait of each member every week. Hopefully that’ll keep you guys happy! ; P

7) Years of drawing! I only started using a tablet when I was 19. Talent can help speed up the process but it’s mainly years of daily practise! I’ve been doing this since I was 7.

12) I find them about the same to be honest. It use to be girls but then I forced myself to keep drawing men and now I have no problem with either!

14) Thank you! Hands are awfully difficult, I must say. I start by drawing the hand as a block and adding block fingers, I then round them off and add features such as nails / wrinkles. If that makes sense?
15) Define a simple drawing? Haha! For example, that RidgeDog image I did the other day took about 40 mins (full colour/shading). A simple full body sketch can take anywhere from 5 mins to half an hour.
……….done! That was only the first batch as well. Lulz!

Anonymous “Yogmeet: The Yognau(gh)t meet and photoshoot” is to take place on the Saturday, at 12pm. It’s going to be on the grass outside the main entrance, opposite the Novotel, but if it rains we’ll make our way inside. If you are not attending MCM Expo, you cannot join in with the meet. You must be wearing your wristband too! |

I hope to attend all three days of Expo so I’ll certainly pop along to this. (well, as long as it does not clash with any Mass Effect related panels!)
It’ll be interesting to see how many of us turn up!
